The actor will be starring in Neeraj Pandey’s upcoming action thriller…
At the trailer launch recently the entire cast of Baby came together to give the audience a sneak peek at their film. Along with other cast members like Akshay Kumar, Danny Denzongpa, Kay Kay Menon and Tapsee Pannu was Rana Daggubati who will be playing a deadly intelligence officer alongside Akki in the film.
Not revealing much about his role when asked how he came on board, Rana said, “Stuntmen weren’t available so Neeraj Pandey asked me to come on board (laughs)”. Talking further about who he will be romancing in the film Rana revealed, “I was conned into this film!” Laughing heartily Rana further said, “When I heard that two beautiful ladies (Tapsee Pannu and Madhurima Tuli) are part of the cast, I got excited and jumped on board but later I realised that I won’t be getting to romance any of them onscreen!”
Joining in the jest Neeraj added,”As usual Rana didn’t read the script before giving his go-ahead!” and Akshay reacted further, “Well, he will have Anupam Kher opposite him!” thus leaving the crowd at the trailer launch in splits!
Going by the camaraderie of the entire cast at the launch we can tell that they would have had a blast while shooting for the action thriller and after having a look at the trailer we cannot wait for the film to release!
