Varun and Kareena are not ready to be paired opposite each other
We have seen a lot of unusual pairings in Bollywood, but younger actors starring opposite older actresses is still not a thing in B-town. So we weren’t surprised when Kareena Kapoor said that she would not prefer being paired with Varun Dhawan. Apparently, she was offered a film opposite the Main Tera Hero actor, but Bebo rejected it saying that she would rather have dinner with him than romance him on the silver screen.
And even Varun agrees with Kareena for he recently said that working with Saif Ali Khan’s wifey will only depend on the script. He said, “I think Bebo is absolutely correct. She is extremely beautiful and will always be. But why would film-makers cast us together unless it has me having an affair with an older woman? When it comes to working with her, that will depend completely on the script. I honestly do films looking at the director and the script.”
However, let us tell you that although Varun and Kareena might not be ready to romance each other on the silver screen, the two will share screen space as Kareena is said to be making a cameo in Varun’s upcoming film, Badlapur.
